ASLON is pleased to announce that Ray Henderson has been appointed Chairman of the Board of VeriCite, which provides an anti plagiarism software solution to the postsecondary and 9 – 12 education markets.
Ray has spent most of his career in the education technology marketplace and has an entrepreneurial passion around shaping the learning experience for future generations. He has served as President and Chief Technology Officer of Blackboard and President of Pearson Education’s Digital Media Group. Currently Ray advises developing ed-tech firms through his boutique consulting practice, Lessons Learned Ventures. He received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Philosophy and Biology from Trinity University in Texas.
